I like lotus the most!
What comes to your mind when I say.....?
Bingo man! I also like lotus. When I think about this flower, there is a deep philosophy behind it. It takes its roots in mud, muddy and marshy water, etc. It makes its way upwards to the open light no matter what and there you see it! At last it blooms with such divine beauty. At night the flower closes and sinks underwater, at dawn it rises and opens again. Untouched by the impurity, lotus symbolizes the purity of heart and mind. The lotus flower represents long life, health, honor and good luck. It is also characterized as the symbol of spiritual unfoldment.
The lotus flower symbolizes divinity, fertility, wealth, knowledge and enlightenment. It is associated with the Goddess of wealth, Maha Lakshmi, who brings prosperity, purity and generosity. She sits on a fully blossomed lotus flower, symbolizing purity, beauty and everything that is good.

Reply:Hey Anil Ji I also like the Lotus the most. They make me think of Lord Krishna's lotus feet and His lotus eyes and His eyes which are tinged with the red of the pink lotus. The whole spiritual world is situated on a gigantic lotus flower. They are the most spiritual flower. I give to you a sweet lotus, which was offered first to Lord Krishna.

Reply:If you ask me what i like most - I like God the most. You know - there is a very beautiful thing. God calles the spiritual people to be fragrant spiritual flowers. God is not material so material flowers don't have any meaning for Him. We spiritual flowers are the beauty of the Garden of Allah. What Garden would Bhagwan - the Master of the Garden - be the master of? Certainly not of physical flowers. My one flower is God and it could be because God in the first place considers me to be a flower in His garden....;)

The reason is that red is the colour of love and rose is a symbol of love when it is red. red is my favourate colour as well because it is the colour for love!!!! love comes to my mind when i hear red or rose or the word colours. sometimes the word color remnds me of rainbow as well.
