In Iran, what are the seven traditional items placed on the haft seen table at Nouruz?

I've read that at Nouruz, the Iranian New Year, seven traditional items starting with 's' are placed on the 'haft seen' table. Most sources say that these are : samanoo (wheat pudding), sumac (dried crushed berries), serkeh (vinegar), seeb (apple), sombol (flowers), sear (garlic), and sekkeh (coins). But some others replace sekkeh with senjed (dried lotus fruit). And others talk about 94 coins in a dish, as well as a mirror, decorated boiled eggs, pictures of relatives etc. So what are the right things to put on the table?

In Iran, what are the seven traditional items placed on the haft seen table at Nouruz?
Hi, there is some alternatives. for example if you can not find Senjed you can replace it with Sekeh (coins) all of these you mentioned are accepteble but the rule is that the total number of items must be7 parts. another common alternative item is Sabzeh (green plants usually wheat)

in addition there are some other items that are not part of Haft Seen but traditionaly we use them such as mirror, pastries, red fish in a spherical aquarium, colored eggs, and Quran.

these are not parts of Haft Seen but they may be accompaning with it.
