Blogger layout help?

I really want to use this blogger layout, but when I tried to put it on my blog, the flowers showed through the picture on my header and made everything look bad. Can someone please examine the code and see what I can do to keep a solid red box and white font without flowers showing through? Thank you so, so, so, so much!!! :)
